Fraudulent Conveyance
A trustee, executor, administrator or guardian has a duty to hold and manage property for the benefit of the named beneficiaries. When a trustee, executor, administrator or guardian (or even someone holding a power of attorney for another) wrongfully transfers property to himself or herself or to someone other than the named beneficiary, a claim for fraudulent conveyance of property arises. The lawyers at Gaslowitz Frankel LLC have represented plaintiffs and defendants in numerous cases involving a claim of fraudulent conveyance of property.
