Adam R. Gaslowitz is known throughout the legal community for his successes, expertise, hard work, and dedication. He is an expert in will, trust, and estate litigation, and he pioneered a new area of estate litigation; wrongful interference with an inheritance. Mr. Gaslowitz served as an expert commentator on CNN and the Layman’s Lawyer, and he has given numerous seminars and lectures on estate litigation. He also is active in the community, lecturing to civic and such groups as AARP, as well as serving on the Board of several legal organizations, such as the Atlanta Probate Bar. He has also been elected Fellow of ACTEC (The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel), has an “AV” Attorney Rating by Martindale Hubbell and voted by peers as one of Georgia’s Super Lawyers annually since 2006.
