Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is the process of resolving legal conflicts without going to trial. Gaslowitz Frankel LLC is in the forefront of this area, advising clients on arbitration, mediation and collaborative law. Several of our lawyers are trained mediators or arbitrators, and we have attorneys who are certified in the collaborative law process, which is an emerging area of alternative dispute resolution.
