Gaslowitz Frankel LLC was formed by Adam R. Gaslowitz and Craig M. Frankel, and joined together two of Atlanta’s top litigation firms: Adam R. Gaslowitz & Associates, LLC, founded in 1989, and Frankel & Associates, founded in 1999. Collectively, Adam R. Gaslowitz and Craig M. Frankel have over thirty years of experience representing large and small clients in civil disputes throughout Georgia and the Southeast.

Experience

Adam R. Gaslowitz revolutionized the field of estate litigation by pioneering a new cause of action for wrongful interference with an inheritance. In addition to authoring many articles on fiduciary litigation issues, trust litigation matters, and probate litigation issues, Mr. Gaslowitz has served as expert consultant on CNN and The Layman’s Lawyer. He also has lectured various groups throughout Georgia (including, various bar associations, AARP, Atlanta Uptown Kiwanis Club, and the National Business Institute) on many estate litigation dispute issues.

Craig M. Frankel is well known throughout the Atlanta legal community for his aggressive style and successful results. He has extensive civil litigation experience, including business and contract disputes, commercial disputes, commissions and compensation issues, will and estate disputes, and trust and fiduciary disputes. In a public interest lawsuit against a local school district, Mr. Frankel recovered over $59 million for his clients and other retired teachers.
